Is MouseURL free to start?
Yes. Nibble is free with no card: 25 new links and 5,000 clicks a month, one bio page, and analytics for 30 days. Paid plans add custom domains, members, the Shop block, and longer analytics.
What happens to my links if I stop paying?
Your workspace moves to Nibble and every link you published keeps redirecting. Nothing is deleted. Links over the Nibble limits keep working; you add new ones once you are under them.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from Whisker up. A subdomain such as go.yourbrand.com connects with one CNAME record. An apex domain such as yourbrand.link connects by pointing its nameservers to the ones we give you. Certificates are issued for you.
How do you count clicks and bots?
Each click is recorded at the edge before the redirect, with country, device, browser, and the referring site. Known bots are counted apart and left out of your numbers. We never store the visitor's IP address.
Where is MouseURL run from, and how do I pay?
MouseURL is run from Indonesia. Redirects run on Cloudflare's network, the dashboard on Vercel. When billing opens, Indonesia pays in rupiah through Midtrans and every other country in US dollars through Paddle.
Can my team work in one workspace?
Yes. Invite people by email as an admin, who can manage members, domains, and links, or as a member, who works on links and analytics. Scurry has 3 seats and Cheese 10, the owner included.
How fast is a redirect?
A Cloudflare Worker answers it from a copy of your link stored at the edge, with no database on the way. The time a visitor waits is mostly the distance to the Cloudflare city their network reaches.
